The Mill Club is a community of people living in 76 bungalow-style condominium homes located in Kitchener's Doon South neighbourhood, with scenic landscaping and surrounded by recreation and exercise areas and the natural beauty of the Grand River Valley. Our expansive Clubhouse is an appealing and much-valued feature of The Mill Club community, created by enlarging the farmhouse originally on the property to include a large gathering space and lounge, a library, a well-equipped exercise area, a billiards table and more.

 

There are many opportunities to be involved in activities at The Mill Club. Community activities are organized on a volunteer basis by Residents for all to enjoy.  

 

The condominium corporation was established in 2002 and is registered as Waterloo Standard Condominium Corporation No. 369 (WSCC 369).  Our architecturally-designed and custom-crafted homes were built in three phases from 2002 to 2005.

 

This website provides Residents in The Mill Club with an easy way to get information about all aspects of our Community and our Corporation, and to communicate their interests and ideas about making our Community enjoyable for all and our Corporation well-run.
